I attended a (2 day) Team Coaching workshop with Michelle & Kim from Leading Humans, and by the end of each day my brain was firing with thoughts of how I can apply the ideas, models, processes and skills I had just learnt back in the workplace.
What made this program powerful (and different to others I have attended in the past) was the way we learnt. We started out on day one working with a group of strangers, and through the process of applying our newly acquired knowledge of coaching teams, were able to literally build a high functioning team within 2 days, working together to solve real world problems.
As a facilitator and coach, I was able to walk away with a deeper appreciation not only of how to coach teams, but it also reinforced my coaching skills in general – with the added bonus insight of a best practice approach of how to create powerful and rich learning experiences where the learning actually sticks!

My bottom line is… ‘better than the day before’. This goes for anything I do, whether it be professionally or personally geared.

But, I was stuck… I needed help to move beyond where I was and Leading Humans helped me not only move beyond where I was, but also to become ‘unstuck’.

I was stuck in tricky conversations, I was stuck is self-doubt and I was stuck with knowing what my purpose is.

Since engaging with Leading Humans courses I have been able to move myself and I have now commenced supporting others to move forward. I really cannot thank you in words, however I can thank you by engaging with the work you have inspired me to do which is to help humans continue on a path of being better than the day before.

I now have confidence to have conversations with people that result in purposeful outcomes for that individual… life does not get any better than that! I know I have a long way to go to be a quarter of what Michelle is, but I am driven to do it.

Leading Humans has completely transformed the way I think and interact with everybody in my life – work and at home. I can show up as a much better version of myself and a better human being. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to be able to influence others in a much more meaningful way.

I am still pinching myself knowing I have completed one of the best journey’s of my life. Perhaps it is my journey of substance.

I have always said being part of a tribe is what I seek in every opportunity. Equally passionate people who want to make a difference whether it is through the spoken word, or through our actions and promise to people.

What I have gained from this journey cannot measured in it’s value.

I am truly grateful that I was part of this learning path, and I am eternally grateful for people like you that take a risk, and are willing to stand up and share what you believe is speaking your truth that can only enable people to live their best lives..

I am thrilled to be able to access the valuable insight and training from Leading Humans. It has helped me significantly to date in my role and personal life, I feel I better understand why things work (or don’t!) when working with others and hope to continue to improve how ‘I show up’ as you both put it.

We have recently been through our 4 year school review.

And the school reviewer’s feedback – was glowing.

There is a large portion of this which needs to be credited to Michelle and the work you have done with us from 2017 building a positive work culture where staff and teams have built an understanding of each other, developed an understanding of how their brain works and unleashed a super power in the staff – powerful conversations and coaching approaches to communication.

I believe that foundation and understanding really helped me implement (and staff to cope with) change in teaching approaches, processes and the high expectations in curriculum development
